The products purchased on our shop can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt, as long as they are not used and intact, with their original labels and packaging. The transport costs for the return are entirely borne by the customer who is also responsible for any loss or damage to the package. After receiving the return and checking the integrity of the goods, the item will be replaced or the amount paid will be refunded as requested by the customer. The refund will be made with the same methods used for the purchase and by bank transfer in the case of cash on delivery.
