Order: The online purchase on the Shop of this site is very simple. Go to the chosen product and select the desired color and size. With the appropriate "Buy Now" button add the product to the cart / shopping bag. You will be able to see the selected products in the cart at the top right and manage them, change the selected quantity or remove them in case you have changed your mind. You can complete the order by clicking on the PROCEED button and go to the phase of filling in the data relating to shipping and payment. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email to verify the purchase details. All products displayed on the site are available. Our Shop uses a technological coding system (SSL) for the online security of your personal data. Your personal information and credit card details are transmitted securely. Payment methods: Orders placed online on the Shop of this site can be paid with: PayPal: the main credit cards recognized by the PayPal circuit (American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA) Bank transfer Cash on delivery (with an additional cost of € 3, 50).
Returns and Refunds: Products purchased on our shop can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt, as long as they are not used and intact, with their original labels and packaging. The transport costs for the return are entirely borne by the customer who is also responsible for any loss or damage to the package. After receiving the return and checking the integrity of the goods, the item will be replaced or the amount paid will be refunded as requested by the customer. The refund will be made with the same methods used for the purchase and by bank transfer in the case of cash on delivery.
